DC Vegetarian

This consisted of zippy, herby, creamy seasoned chickpea “tuna” salad, with lettuce, tomato, smoky tempeh bacon, and 🌱-based cheese on a hoagie roll. It was delicious, imaginative, and no land or sea animals were harmed to make it.
