An excellent vegan version of a perennial favorite, this banana nut loaf is delicious! Moist and flavorful, it’s a great partner to a cup of coffee or tea.
It’s always a good thing to support vegan businesses and small businesses, and Sweet IMALDA’S is both. They don’t have a storefront but they do pop ups and also have some products available online. I’ve found them at vegan festivals and in addition to making scrumptious vegan baked goods they’re really the nicest people.
