Tofu Bao at Asian Herbivore Restaurant — Candice's Review (Jun 28, 2025)

Thin slices of crispy deep-fried tofu in very soft bao buns. There were also shredded cabbage and carrot inside along with mayonnaise.

Great combination of textures. I was amazed at how soft and light the buns were.

Loved the pretty plates the buns were served on.
