First time trying bostock! It’s when stale bread/brioche is covered/kinda filled with almond paste/cream and baked. It was really interesting and I especially like the middle of it where the almond paste made the bread really flavourful and juicy, but the outside edges were a bit tough for me, and the tiramisu flavour wasn’t very pronounced #bakery #french #frenchfood #almond #tiramisu
