Margarita Pizza (no cheese) at Matti Osteria — marimari's Review (Jun 23, 2025)

So simple but so so good. The dough is everythingggg, so crunchy thin but soft at the same time, they use a real wooden oven and you can definitely taste the smokeyness 😍 the sauce was not bitter at alll which is hard to find outside of Italy imo. Very impressed 👌🏻
