6-1-Pho has the BEST marinated #tofu by far. It's mostly sweet but also a little tangy from vinegar. It is fantastic and they absolutely load your bowl with it. The serving sizes in general are very large and affordable at around $13. I got the BYO and added vermicelli noodles, cilantro, basil, carrots, daikon, cucumbers and a few jalapeños. It comes with a sweet soy sauce that is absolutely delicious. This is a great summer option as it's so fresh and light!
