I forgot to rate my favourite meal from Impact Kitchen in Toronto! 

The only vegan salad is a Mexican one, and I wasn’t in the mood for those flavours. Instead I built my own that I absolutely loved. Swipe for details on what I ordered. 

I packed it with protein and was able to eat it over two lunches. The tempeh was the best I’ve had - it was marinated in sweet, smokey flavours and had a great texture. I would make this exact salad again happily!
