Smooth Medium Firm Tofu by Superior Natural — spearl's Review (Jun 15, 2025)

Not my favorite kind of tofu, it’s definitely smooth and is almost silken in texture, even though it’s medium firm. But it’s a great option to freeze and thaw to get a more meat texture and it’s almost always on sale.
