'Chicken' Yakitori Skewers

Bonsai only does small plates so you can try a variety of dishes but it does mean that when you find the perfect one you only have a small amount. That’s how I felt about these skewers. They were so packed with flavour and grilled for the perfect smoky char. I’ve been dreaming of these skewers ever since.
