Tofu Benedict at Share Sweet Bar — Steven Neoh's Review (Jun 15, 2025)

I received lots of suggestions for where to find vegan grub in Prague (from other vegans at the Polyglot Gathering in Brno, from other kind abillion people), but no one dropped the name of this cafe, which is a huge injustice! 😬 This would be my favourite vegan place in Prague, and I specifically chose this year's hotel in order to be close to them 🙂

Not 100% sure that I'm talking about the same item as the rest of the reviews that have come before mine. We didn't find any Egg Benedict on the menu, and those Egg Benedict dishes were certainly made from #tofu, so go figure I guess? 🤔

This worked well together, the #focaccia and the #fakemeat #ham, the #babyspinach and the plant-based #hollandaise sauce. Decadent #breakfastofchampions 🙌 The fiancée ordered this and confirmed it wasn't far off her all-time favourite Egg Benedict (that's the one at the Intercon on Beach Road in Singapore, if you're wondering 😉)
