Honestly, I was presented with what looked like a stationery set - chopsticks looked like brush pens, the kuromitsu syrup bottle looked like a bottle of ink, and the box of mochi looked like a really thick canvas of some sort. This was chewy and well made, with the caramelly syrup pour complementing the fine roasted soybean powder, and the mochi itself being chewy and bouncy. Was fun tucking into this miniature sandy terrain, but also way messy since each mochi is rather big. Also this dessert was cold at arrival rather than warmed. Pwrobably wouldn't get this again.
