Soup of the Day at Laibon — Steven Neoh's Review (Jun 11, 2025)

Their menu is diligently labelled for vegan versus vegetarian (they are the sole vegetarian establishment that we were able to find in Cesky Krumlov), but the #soupoftheday remains unlabelled because it could be either 🥲 On this evening it was a simple and homely #vegetable and #potato #soup, with a smattering of #dill and a dash of oil on top 😋 One of those versatile recipes that would work equally well in summer or winter, but probably lose out to genuine seasonal specials in either case. Still the best thing on the table that night 🥲
