This wasn't really my thing. I wasn't a big fan of the texture, it has a bit of a plastic-bbq gone wrong-bite to it. Also the herbs flavour wasn't my thing. I do think the presentation looks appealing. And I appreciate the squared shape for making it easy to equally pan fry on all sides.
