Tastes so much like crumbled fatty roast beef! Finally I have found my mock roast beef I guess. My family made that kind of thing often growing up during the Holidays so to have something of a similar taste and texture that's guilt free is excellent. Could make a gravy with marmite and do a whole potato root roast with it. Would be really good+(sorry I had to describe it this way but )

Just as a note: I cooked it using plant based butter spread instead of oil. It might have added more flavor to the beyond beef. It says to cook with a tiny bit of oil but butter sounded better 😅
