Estuvo muy rico este desayuno, puedes pedir el tofu revuelto con chorizo de soya o jamón de trigo o tocino de trigo. Lo acompañan con frijoles refritos, aguacate y pan de masa madre que preparan ellos. La porción es generosa  y a buen precio.
