The Porcnic at Evolve Modern Vegan Kitchen — ALEXA's Review (May 14, 2025)

i hate writing bad reviews about vegan places but this one was attached to and owned by the same people as a non-vegan pizza place so honestly i don’t feel the worst. i was excited for this Porcnic sandwich because of all of the fun elements but thought the flavors and textures were disappointing. the jackfruit was the majority of the sandwich and was very basic, the bbq flavor was nice but i’ve had better jackfruit that resembled pulled pork more. the mac n cheeze was okay flavored, again i’ve definitely had a lot better, bit the color was probably the most neon mac i’ve ever seen. also i know it might seem picky but the bun was one of the worst choices for a sandwich like this, being just a regular seeded roll it got soggy fast and didn’t have the best taste. 🧀 #saveveganrestaurants
