I was so excited to see these!! I enjoy plain shortbread, but chocolate chip anything is going to call my name.
These cookies were very tasty. Not overly shortbready but definitely shortbread. Does that make sense? I’m really picky with shortbread 😁 and the chocolate chips really make these something I’m going to be craving going forward. Yum!
