My #sweettooth and I are massive #inari fans so we have exacting standards 😏 This one failed to meet them because (a) they skimped on the #sushirice and therefore the proportions were all wrong, think #beancurdskin flapping because the filling doesn't have the required circumference; (b) the rice simply didn't have enough adhesion not to break apart under lateral pressure from the chopsticks 🥺 This was plated beautifully and had so much promise 🥲
