Kanpyo Maki at Kusa Vegan - Bukit Bintang — Steven Neoh's Review (May 4, 2025)

Very good #sushi ☺️ The #maki is served small for sure, each one very comfortably is a single bite. The #sushirice had enough adhesion and the #seaweed to rice ratio was a bit higher than normal as there was less rice 🙂 What made this special was the #kanpyo, which brought an excellent sweet plus #umami flavour as well as the compelling mouthfeel of chewy mushrooms 😋 Fantastic with the soy sauce and wasabi provided!
