Taco Plate with Chicharrón at Chilango PDX — pdxveg's Review (May 4, 2025)

This consisted of meaty, thin fried slices of tofu infused and stewed in a spicy tomatillo sauce and topped with sunflower crema, spicy red salsa, and raw diced onion. Served with fluffy Mexican rice, saucy refried black beans, and tortillas. It was delicious, hearty, and satisfying.
