Textured vegetable protein strips that are made of pea protein. Very high protein content 79g per 100g. Obviously being dry product it will keep quite long and you can flavour it how you like by soaking it in a broth for example. They do contain pretty high salt already so better to take that into account when using in cooking. These are excellent for also prepping food for hiking example. Also pretty affordable. This is a staple in my household.
