Signature Herbal Rice at Idealite @ Elit Avenue — vegphilosopher's Review (Apr 26, 2025)

This is the healthier version of Bak Kut Teh (肉骨茶). Unlike the Singapore version which tends to be light and peppery, I found the Malaysian version to be more flavorful, with a herbal and sweeter taste. I like Idealite as they generally use natural ingredients eg. beancurd, tofu puffs, lettuce and a variety of mushrooms. Comes with half a boiled egg by default that you can request to remove. #penang #healthy #bakkutteh
