BBQ Jackfruit Taco

This was during their $3 Thursday Taco Night. It was small but I loved the doubled-up corn tortilla, otherwise it would have fallen apart. The jackfruit had a great flavor, and the spicy verde salsa which had a major kick to it! It was about 3 bites which is typical for a street taco.
