Pesto Beef at Rad Magic Subs — pdxveg's Review (Apr 24, 2025)

This consisted of meaty umami-rich 🐮-free roast beef, vegan pepperoni, 🐄🥛-free cheese, arugula, creamy herby house-made pesto ranch, tomato, pepperoncini, red onion, and Italian seasoning, plus Mama Lil’s peppers on a light, crispy, and golden brown Vietnamese style French roll from An Xuyên Bakery. It was fantastic. The combination of meaty, creamy, herby, fresh, and 🔥 hit all the right notes.
