First time working with #yuba but I've definitely enjoyed it before in Asia. I didn't really know what to do with it because a lot of the recipes I found were more complicated than I wanted to be. Like drumsticks and whatnot.
But I found a yuba #veganbacon recipe that was so easy and turned out so good ! It's from Hot for Food. It's really easy to burn it so you gotta be careful. I ate almost the whole package like chips. Yummy!
