Spicy BBQ Chick-n at Virtuous Pie — pdxveg's Review (Apr 16, 2025)

This consisted of spicy BBQ soy curls standing in for 🐥, blistered shishito peppers, 🐄🥛-free cheddar shreds, San Marzano tomato sauce, pickled red onions, and fresh cilantro on a satisfyingly crisp and chewy crust. It had a wonderful combination of smoky, spicy, tangy, and savory. It is a special for Portland Pizza week, which continues through April 20, and a slice is only $4. It is also available as a whole pie ($25) and a gluten-free whole pie ($31.50).
