Almond Milk Ricotta Alternative by Kite Hill — ani's Review (Apr 10, 2025)

I don't really know what animal-based ricotta tastes like, but I loved this vegan version! It's made from almonds and adds great flavor and texture to a pasta dish. It was amazing with rigatoni pasta and red pasta sauce, with a sprinkle of nutritional yeast!
