🥞Don’t get confused. That’s #beetroot #pancakes underneath all that, #crepe style. On top are creamy #oystermushroom 🍄‍🟫crispy #shallots #garlic #chives and 🧄toasted #hazelnut 🌰to give it a crunch. It was so delectable. 😋 This #veganrestaurant 🌱was so awesome we went three times in a day and a half. I feel badly we didn’t try two of the other awesome looking vegan restaurants there.
