Tofu Pad Thai Roll at The Humble Lotus — Jenny's Review (Apr 4, 2025)

This place is a gem! Vegan sushi with tofu is so hard to find, especially in such a unique roll. This was my favorite of the three we tried. I didn't find it really tasted like pad thai but I loved the hot sauce and the lightness of the cabbage and other veggies inside. It was $17.99 and enough for a full balanced meal for one person. #sushilover #vegansushi #tofusushi #padthaisushi
