The version of this dish that I ordered featured three key ingredients: a special sauce, falafel, and hash browns. What makes the Falafurger Plus wonderful is that I could taste all three in each bite. You get a tangy-savory-crispy experience.

Great dish. And a great side of uncommonly crispy fries. And great service. If you’re in Paris looking for a hearty vegan dish, the Falafurger Plus is the way to go.
