Wow, this fudgy chocolate cake was incredible! Chocolate everywhere 😁 The "icing" was all creamy and the chocolate ganache was silky and rich - my kind of an icing vibe. It felt like a black forest without the cherries. The cake itself was the total opposite of dry - it was soft and fluffy. A melt-in-the-mouth texture. With so much chocolate, and a generous portion, I had to pace myself. What an amazing treat and cake experience for a vegan 😋
