A slightly tart, super spreadable “goat” cheese. I used it to make a variety of toasts—the more toppings, the better! With tomatoes was nice. With peaches was even better. And to finish, a drizzle of balsamic reduction and crack of pepper.

It feels like a guilt-free #vegancheese 🧀 as it’s not loaded with oils, but is for the most part just nuts!
