Thai Yellow Curry at Squatters Pub — Sarah's Review (Mar 25, 2025)

This was so good!! Especially on a cold rainy day. I chose not to add any extra protein like tofu, and it didn’t even need it, the veggies were plenty since the portion was so huge (I ended up taking half home). The flavor was delicious, deep, and rich. Pretty impressed with a Thai curry dish from a brewery! One of their only vegan options and it did not disappoint.
