Soul Scram at SoulPod Foods — tardisco's Review (Mar 25, 2025)

Good idea/concept - "pesto and spinach scrambled tofu on toasted sourdough". Execution was a bit wonky though - toast was somewhat charred (bitter charcoal notes starting to come through) and the pesto scramble tasted strangely like how the pungent skunky smoke of a certain leafy green smells. 🤔 #toast #tofu #tofuscramble
