I was looking for a coconut milk brand that doesn’t source its product from thailand, because of the monkey business 😞 This is from Indonesia.
This #coconutmilk is quite watery so I wouldn’t recommend it for cooking, but great in smoothies. I made it work with some tapioca starch for a creamy pasta sauce. So it’s not impossible.
It tastes just like any other coconut milk. No surprises there! 😅
As per the packaging, it is naturally #glutenfree
