When TJ’s first got soup dumplings on their shelves, the way I prayed they would figure out a way to make a vegan version! 🙏🏼

I had only recently discovered soup dumplings, several decades into life, and they blew my mind! I had been craving them since. With gelatin often involved in keeping the soup solid for wrapping, finding a vegan version wasn’t easy.

Thank goodness they figured out a recipe. I’m still getting the hang of not breaking them and having the soup run out (use parchment paper in your steamer and be careful what utensils you pick them up with)! But when it’s a success, these are fun and cozy.
