I used this bag of mixed beans to make soup in my instant pot. The beans cook at different rates so some of them break down and become creamy which thickens the soup while others maintain their shape. I cooked them with carrots, onions, kale, spinach, and tomato paste. This is a great way to add variety to your diet and lower the cost of your groceries.
