My new favourite from Simply Asia!
Nice portion, crispy tofu, #spinach and, of course, #garlic with rice noodles.
As always, there could have been more garlic, #garliclover, but I am a bit of a weirdo on that front… it’s never enough.
The lettuce added some crunch to the dish. Overall very happy, and it was only 95 rand on MrD!!!
