A friend shared these with me, and although I am a HUGE mushroom lover, I was skeptical about these so-called "mushroom crisps"... especially after I saw that they are whole mushrooms, not slices. To my surprise, they were really delightful - both in taste and texture. I was caught off-guard by the very slight sweetness. It was not at all what I expected, but I really enjoyed them and would absolutely get these again for myself.
