Japchae at Nudi Noodle Place — pdxveg's Review (Mar 1, 2025)

This consisted of soft and bouncy Korean stir fried sweet potato glass noodles, shiitake mushroom, yellow squash, napa cabbage, broccoli, carrot, yellow onion, sesame seed, garlic, and a sesame tapioca cracker on top, plus tofu. With a great variety of veggies, lovely noodles, and a deeply flavorful sauce, it was wonderfully satisfying.
