This consisted of marinated soy curls sautéed in peanut sauce, cucumber, pickled carrots, and red cabbage, topped with peanut sauce and cilantro. The savory meatiness was complemented perfectly by the crisp veggies and creamy peanut butter sauce. (8 pieces)
