I've seen this marketed a bit and felt it was finally time to try it. It was really nice to have a #quick #frozenmeal when I didn't have any time to cook. I just ate it by itself because I didn't have time to make it more exciting, but i bet this would be good in a sandwich which some slaw and pickles.
Pros: ready in 8 mins if you microwave, 53g of #protein and 12g of #fiber in 480 calories, decent taste and texture, the #bbq sauce was solid though a little too #sweet for me, good source of #iron, #calcium, and #potassium.
Cons: lots of sodium and sugar, taste wasn't spectacular.
I probably won't buy this again but it wasn't bad at all, and a great source of protein and fiber for those days where you just need something super quick.
