I'm definitely a sucker for #chipotle anything and this is no exception. It's a really yummy sauce , dip or spread. I don't actually buy vegan mayo , this was a freebie but I thoroughly enjoyed it nonetheless. I enjoy this with root veggies, potato wedges, and as a dipping sauce for my fresh rolls.
I will be recreating this for sure !
I don't love the high oil content so I'll be using more nuts instead.
