Sweetpea Baking Co.

This consisted of impressively meaty house-made tofu/seitan 🦃, grilled tempeh 🥓, 🌱-based mayo, lettuce, and tomato on toasted Como bread.  Served with a side salad and a pickle. It was meaty, creamy, and satisfying.
