An elevated #cereal that has sprouted #buckwheat as the main ingredient. I've bought some of these over the years but honestly this time I can't say I loved it. It was the best when I made a smoothie and let it soak in for awhile. Otherwise I found it a tad too crunchy almost gravelly when I ate it from the bag and wasn't a big fan of the texture . I'm kinda on the fence about this and probably won't get it again any time soon as I would like to just snack on it rather than putting milk usually.
