I used to buy Sojade regular soya yogurt a lot. This greek yogurt looked nice and I’ve been inspired by mediterranean plates recently.
So far I’ve tried it solo, used it dolloped on soup (very nice), as a sauce with avocado (not so nice) and as a base to a creamy mushroom pasta sauce (amazing). I probably won’t buy it again unless for a specific, hot cooking recipe, in place of cream - although I love the thicker texture, the taste is not for me. I think it does very well as a Greek yogurt substitute, and I would definitely recommend it to others, who like the savoury taste more than I do.
