Crispy Mushroom Sandwich at Nola — mermont's Review (Feb 16, 2025)

Crispy woodear mushroom, yangnyeom sauce, pickled carrot and radish slaw with cilantro crema... and onion rings!
The sandwich was excellent, hot and crispy mushrooms with tangy slaw flavors. Was very filling, I could barely eat to whole thing! Onion rings were decent, just a bit on plain side, but would order them again!
