Spinach + Feta Mini-Quiche at The Tasty — ALEXA's Review (Feb 12, 2025)

stepped outta my usual with this Spinach + Feta Mini-Quiche and while i’m not sure i would get it again, it wasn’t bad! the e’gg portion isn’t really that similar to a typical quiche & sorta just resembles an indescribable cheezy, spinachy blend (maybe it might be tofu e’gg?) while the pieces of tofu ham (?) add a little bit of smoky on top. still honestly confusing me a tad - never had anything like it & i can’t discern any feta (what cheeze there is kinda just seems like white american) 🍳 #saveveganrestaurants
