Someone made roti with curry sauce while I was visiting. I was blown away, so I started ordering them at Thai restaurants. They are quite expensive in restaurants, so when I saw this at Trader Joe's and was highly recommended by a vegan influencer, I was thrilled. I grabbed several boxes. They don't look much but for a frozen item at a fairly low price, this is excellent! The curry sauce even has vegetables in it and is a little spicy. Using an air fryer makes the roti hot and crispy in just a few minutes. It's a perfect snack or quick lunch. đź’šđź’šđź’š
