Used this to make vegan whipped ganache, but it didn’t really work like I hoped it would 🤷🏻 Maybe because of the rice flour? After research, that seems like a standard practice for vegan white chocolate.
It melted fine but I guess you can’t sub cow milk white chocolate with vegan ones for certain recipes (or maybe the amount needs to be changed). Lesson learned!
Also I needed it right away so I bought it, but 55p for 35 grams of this was a lot for me 😭
